Dear Mr. Chan,

Appreciation of Useful Suggestions

Further to the email dated 19 February 2009 from the Transport
Complaints Unit to you concerning your suggestion to add a ‘No Right
Turn’ traffic sign at Habour Road, the Transport Department advised that
the work has already been completed. I would like to express our
appreciation of your suggestion which has helped to bring about
improvements in the traffic conditions in Hong Kong.

Please feel free to contact the Transport Complaints Unit if you have
any other suggestions or complaints on transport and traffic matters. I
