  5. Unit Sharing (For example, flat, shop, office and so forth);
  6. Others;

Method:
  1. List all the items that are concerned by both sides;
  2. For each item, express the degree of likes and dislikes by both sides;   
    • very interested   : 5 scores
    • quite interested  : 4 scores
    • does not matter   : 3 scores
    • quite not interested: 2 scores
    • very not interested : 1 score
  3. For each item, subtract the scores obtained by both sides;   
    • 0 score means that the item is very match
    • 1 score means that the item is quite match
    • 2 scores means that the item should be handled carefully
    • 3 scores means that the item is quite mismatch
    • 4 scores means that the item is very mismatch
  4. For important items, they should be very match or quite match
  5. For each side, list the items which are very unacceptable or quite unacceptable
